Paul is 4th generation in the shoe trade and has a fastidious eye for detail. After meeting his wife Zoe during their footwear degree, Paul’s passion for footwear and sales led him to take over the footwear company founded by his father which has gone from strength to strength ever since.

In his free time, Paul is an avid runner and holds two Guinness World Records for ‘the fastest marathon in ski boots’ and ‘the fastest marathon dressed as a large shoe’.

Zoe started training to make bespoke hand made shoes, however after completing a degree in Footwear design at Cordwainers, she was offered a more commercial role in a fast paced, competitive high street retail supply company.   She now oversees all design and development within Bennett & Baxter.

In her free time, Zoe enjoys renovating their Grade II Listed Arts & Crafts home.

Lindsey manages all finance and budgeting for the company and has been Bennett & Baxter’s longest employee, giving her over 10 years of experience in the role.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys keeping active and regularly goes on cycle rides in the local countryside.

Laura manages the concessions operation and oversees the movement of goods between our warehouse and stores.

In her free time, Laura and her partner enjoy going on glamping adventures in their converted van and exploring the British countryside.

Sophie manages the day-to-day running of the office and her expertise in organisation ensures all office activity runs smoothly.

In her free time, Sophie loves spending time with her 1-year-old son and has a passion for jewellery making after completing a silversmith course.

Mansoor overseas all Asia production and ensures all social and ethical audits are compliant.

Lisa carries out all merchandising tasks for the business and ensures that products are in the right place at the right time.

In her free time, Lisa loves exploring new places and travelling with her family.

Helen manages the product critical path, all Brand footwear line books & design projects, confirmation & press samples, and our image library.

When Helen is not chasing around after her daughter, she loves to keep up to date with current interior trends and make any tweaks at home.

Declan supports with all warehouse operations and ensures that goods are picked and packed with maximum efficiency.

In his free time, Declan loves all things retro and enjoys styling his latest vintage fashion finds.

Jemma started her career as an Accessories Designer after completing her degree in Fashion Design. Jemma joined the Creative Team as a Product Designer and is the Design Lead for Dakine Europe.

In her free time, Jemma enjoys attending to her allotment and keeping active by applying to different running events and challenges.

Wendy has a strong sales and client service ethic with broad experience in sales and marketing, account management, and operations across a variety of sectors including retail, telecoms, fashion and art.

Outside of work she’s an all weather park runner – sometimes social, sometimes attempting a personal best. She can be found daily in the kitchen cooking from scratch, while plugged into podcasts or playing kitchen disco DJ. It’s a great way to prompt eyerolls from her teenage daughter!
